What are you going to do?
- Post active and passive accruals
- Communicate with the client and the tax administration for operational issues
- To be responsible for the work done and to ensure that deadlines are met
- Follow and apply legal regulations in the area of your workplace
- Prepare VAT returns and accompanying reports
- Run reports
- Apply accounting standards
- Perform work in accordance with instructions
What do we expect from you?
In addition to the acquired work experience, the requirement is a completed economics-oriented university degree and practical knowledge of accounting and the use of accounting software (preferably knowledge of Pantheon, SAP or Navision). In addition, we expect independence and professionalism in communicating with Markart's clients, taking responsibility for the work performed, and speed and accuracy in performing everyday tasks. We especially emphasize the importance of an interest in the field of accounting and the ability to work in a team.
In addition to the above, it is desirable to have:
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
- Analytical, detailed and prone to problem solving,
- Proactivity, independence, resourcefulness and responsibility,
- Willingness to work on oneself and openness to learning and acquiring new knowledge and skills,
- Knowledge of English or German.
