{"id":7686,"date":"2025-06-13T11:48:33","date_gmt":"2025-06-13T09:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/markart.ba\/?p=7686"},"modified":"2026-02-09T15:57:08","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T14:57:08","slug":"sluzbeno-putovanje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/markart.ba\/en\/sluzbeno-putovanje\/","title":{"rendered":"Official trip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to remind you of certain details related to the official trip as well as the correct filling out of the travel order for the official trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A business trip is a trip on which an employee is sent by order of an authorized person for the purpose of performing a business task\/job. This is not only going to a business meeting, it can also be a trip for business purposes (e.g. education, seminars, professional development, etc.). Time spent at sports games, gatherings that do not have a business purpose is not considered official and per diems cannot be paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An official road of less than 30 km is not considered an official road and the employee is not entitled to a daily allowance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For a business trip that lasts longer than 12 hours \u2013 the full daily wage is paid, half the daily wage is paid if the business trip lasts from 8 to 12 hours. If it is less than 8 hours, the employee is not entitled to a daily wage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per diems for a business trip abroad can be calculated and paid only if at least one proof is attached that the trip was actually made (it can be a hotel bill, a bill or a transport ticket, a certified certificate of attendance or some long document that can be used to confirm that the trip was actually made).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The employee is obliged to submit a report on the business trip and justify the advance payment paid within five working days after the trip has ended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If three meals are provided on a business trip, the corresponding daily allowance is reduced by 30%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If accommodation is not provided at the place of business trip, the corresponding daily allowance is increased by 70%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment of per diem and hot meal are mutually exclusive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The official travel order must contain<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Travel order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Release date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place to travel to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purpose of travel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information on the means of transport used to travel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signature of an authorized person and seal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to draw special attention to the last page of the Business Travel Order.<br>It is on the last page&nbsp;<em>Report on the completed trip<\/em>&nbsp;which you are also required to fill in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A brief description of tasks (work) performed on an official trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statement of whether meals were provided on the official trip (i.e. three meals)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you had expenses, please state the name, type and amount of the incurred expenses, for which invoices are attached<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not want the payment of per diems, state &quot;NO PAYMENT OF PERIOD&quot; and sign<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Download the official travel order and list of countries with daily allowance amounts by clicking on the links below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/179071f3c69b4802351a9ff06\/files\/11b8f5d2-2a5e-4d48-a624-387810a3d5ba\/Nalog_za_slu%C5%BEbrno_putovanje.xlsx\">Business travel order<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/179071f3c69b4802351a9ff06\/files\/ced1406e-cc2d-443c-913c-70268864a285\/Spisak_dr%C5%BEava_sa_iznosima_dnevnica.docx\">List of countries with daily wage amounts<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We would like to remind you of certain details related to the official trip as well as the correct filling out of the travel order for the official trip.
